SARAH MEDRANO

Sarah is a Colorado native who grew up in Westminster and resides in Thornton. She attended Standley Lake High School, class of 2001. She’s been in real estate as a property manager for affordable housing communities since 2006 and has been an associate broker since 2016. Affordable housing management taught Sarah to change gears and improvise at a moment’s notice to come up with solutions that best serve the communities she manages. Her brokerage experience is with assisting clients with traditional home purchases and sales.

Sarah’s passion for real estate is centered around helping people find their own place to call home. She is transparent, honest and dedicated to making her client’s transactions as seamless as possible. The market in Colorado is tough to navigate right now, and Sarah will patiently navigate it with you.

When Sarah isn’t working, she is spending time with her husband, 4 kids and 2 cats. Sarah has a reputation for accumulating stray cats (other than her 2) and finding their humans or a new family. She swears the cats find her, but not everyone believes her.
